Please read carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all our shipping, return, and refund terms.
Important: These policies apply only to online retail orders.
For bulk wholesale or private label orders, please follow the terms specified in your invoice and/or contract.
📦 Shipping Options & Policies
We ship from our China warehouse through trusted international carriers.

International Shipping (from China Warehouse)
We usually ship through FedEx, UPS, DHL and other major carriers.
For most countries, we provide two or more shipping options: Express and Standard Economy, with different transit times and rates.-
Express Shipping: approx. 7 business days

Standard Economy Shipping: approx. 15 business days
You can select the preferred option at checkout.

⏳ Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
Processing time is not included in carrier transit times.
⚠️ Transit times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery speed is beyond our control. Delays due to customs clearance, flight schedules, or local courier delivery are possible.
🚫 Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If a package shows no tracking updates for 20+ business days or if the carrier confirms it is lost, we will fully refund your order and shipping fee.

We are not liable for any financial loss, business loss, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays, customs clearance delays, product damage in transit, or missing items.

Please always stock enough inventory — shipping delays or customs checks may occur.

For international shipments: if products are damaged or missing, we will refund affected items and partial shipping fees but will not reship.

Customers with repeated package loss may be restricted to Signature Required / Fully Insured Shipping or have future orders cancelled.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date if the following conditions are met:
✅ Item is unused, unopened, in original packaging with tags intact
✅ Item is not part of the non-returnable items list (see below)

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, we will refund it but will not reship.. Please email us immediately with photos or video proof.
❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

For delayed shipments (including customs delays), cancellation is not possible during transit.

If you wish to cancel after receiving the package, please follow our return policy.

Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer unless the product is defective or wrong.
📬 How to Return an Item

Photos of the items (to confirm unused condition or defect)

Once approved, we will send you the return shipping address (or prepaid label if the item is faulty/defective).

Carefully pack the items to avoid damage during return transit.

Buyer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

Send the package back within 30 days of delivery date and email us the tracking number.
💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued 1–2 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Bank/card refund posting times vary (typically 1–3 business days).
📌 Special Notes for Eyelash Products

For lash trays, only up to 3 lines may be tested for quality check.
Using more than 3 lines makes the tray non-returnable and non-refundable. -
First-time buyers may receive a free tray for testing. Free trays are non-refundable.
